Step-by-Step: Download all QR codes as a zip file #
- Open Your monday.com Board
Head to the board where QR Item Tracker is installed. - Click the + Button in the Board Views Panel
This allows you to add a new view. - Select “File Gallery”
A new tab will open, showing a gallery of all QR codes associated with your items and subitems. - Click “Download All as ZIP”
This will bundle all QR images into a single ZIP file, ready for download.
Once downloaded, you can drag and drop QR images into label templates, instruction sheets, or even attach them to digital documents like PDFs or Google Slides.
