Sometimes, you may notice that tracking has stopped working — no updates are coming in when you enter a tracking number, even though your couriers are properly set up. This usually means your account is no longer authorized to make changes with the Shipment Tracker Pro app, causing the integration to fail.
The good news? It’s an easy fix.

How to Revoke and Re-Authorize #
- Go to Shipment Tracker Pro > Settings.
- Click Authorize.
- If the app has already been authorized, the button will say Re-authorize.
- Once complete, re-enter your tracking number to refresh the connection.
That’s it! Your tracking should now be back up and running.
Why You Might Need to Revoke Authorization #
There are a few reasons why authorization can fail, requiring you to re-authorize the app:
- Account Permission Changes – If your monday.com permissions were updated or your role changed, the app may lose access.
- Expired Token – Authorization tokens can expire over time and need refreshing.
- Board or Workspace Changes – Moving or restructuring boards may cause the app to lose its link to certain data.
- Security Reset – If your monday.com account credentials were reset or security policies changed, the connection can break.
Pro Tip #
If you ever see tracking stop unexpectedly, re-authorizing is the first and fastest troubleshooting step before checking anything else.
